Richard Scanlan, MD, FCAP, joined Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) in 2001 after 15 years in private practice. He is currently a professor of pathology and Director of Transfusion Medicine with a clinical focus on cytopathology and transfusion. Currently, he serves as a Regional Commissioner for the Pacific Northwest.
