Dr. Hill chairs several hospital committees including Hospital Quality and Safety. She authored the Amita Health COVID-19 Clinician Testing Guidelines, and is a member of the Amita Surgery Re-Emergence COVID -19 Task Force, and is a consultant for the Illinois Department of Public Health CLIA Laboratories.

She also serves as Immediate Past-President of the Illinois Society of Pathologists and Past-President of Alverno Laboratories’ Pathology Council. She received the College of American Pathologists’ Distinguished Patient Care Award in 2018 for her active engagement in community health related activities. 

Dr. Hill is an Emory University alumnus, attended medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago, completed residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and is a wife and mother of twin college age girls. She is a member of The Links, Incorporated, which focuses on community programs for youth and adults, including educational and health services.
