NORTHFIELD, Ill. (August 8, 2025) — Members of the College of American Pathologists (CAP) have chosen a new president-elect and four governors to help lead the organization, following the close of its 2025 elections this week. The president-elect will serve a two-year term before becoming the CAP president in 2027. Governors serve three-year terms.
The group includes two returning governors beginning their second terms and two others joining the Board for the first time.
The individuals elected this cycle are:

Kalisha Ashara Hill, MD, MBA, FCAP
Governors
Earle S. Collum, MD, FCAP (second term)
Raj C. Dash, MD, FCAP
M.E. (Doc) de Baca, MD, FCAP (second term)
Aaron C. Han, MD, PhD, FCAP
These leaders will be sworn in at the CAP’s annual meeting in Orlando this September and will help guide the CAP’s work to advance pathology, improve laboratory quality, and enhance patient care.
